Malou
Anderson-Ramirez, Founder, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Malou grew up working on her family’s ranch neighboring Yellowstone Park to the north. She attended boarding school in the east and after attaining a degree in psychology, lived and worked in urban sprawls in the American West. She came home to the ranch to raise her family and continue her education in regenerative agriculture. Her current work includes conflict prevention on wild landscapes. She is a cofounder of the Tom Miner Basin Association which works to preserve the good traditions of the rural west while supporting diverse wildlife populations and trusting relationships in rural communities.

Paul Kupfer, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Paul has a degree in computer science, experience in software and hardware development, iOT platforms and large scale data management. He currently builds and maintains computer and cloud infrastructure for the Linguistic Data Consortium under the University of Pennsylvania while living in Montana.
